Role:
- Champion customer facing UX/UI/ design during large overhaul
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders in the business including - marketing, finance and development
- Execute and develop digital transformation requirements into prototypes, wireframes, UI layers to new prototypes
- Bring Design thinking & creativity to large financial service business to the business
- Proactively identify UX/UI content problems such as user navigation, responsiveness and content
- Illustrate storyboards, process flows, customer journeys and sitemaps
- Implement email guidelines for senior stakeholders to adhere to
- Educate the business on best UX customer email communications to ensure engagement
- 4+ years’ experience as a UI/UX/front-end designer
- Portfolio of your own UX/UI work
- Creative, passionate about customer journey
- Demonstrated UX/UI CMS project delivery Content Databases
- SEO standards and implementation best practice
- Adobe & Salesforce
