A leading investment organisation, Sydney CBD located are looking to recruit a Unit Registry Officer who is confident in the transfer agency function for a 12-month contract role.
Duties will include:
- Processing all transactions into the registry system to meet client SLA’s
- Preparing cash receipt and payment instructions to the cash processing department
- Following up outstanding bank account items for the reconciliations department and
- Liaising with both the investor and client.
The successful candidate for this unique opportunity within this market leading business will have worked within a Unit Registry environment before and be confident with the Transfer Agency Function - with this clearly outlined on your resume.
You will be a self-motivated and be able to interact with people well and a candidate who manages their time well and remains calm under busier periods.
