Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- High-volume invoice processing
- Managing supplier queries and statement reconciliations
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payments
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Proven experience in an end to end Accounts Payable role
- Exposure to large ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Available to commence at short notice
- Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend
- $42–45 per hour + super, depending on experience
- Brisbane CBD location with easy transport access
