Our client is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Officer to support a busy finance team on a 6‑month hourly rate contract, due to a secondement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on accounts work in a manual processing environment and is looking for a short term assignment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Data entry
- Statement reconciliations
- Invoicing and basic billing support
- General accounts administration
- Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks as required
- Previous experience in an Accounts Officer / Accounts Administrator role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence working in a manual environment
- Solid Excel and basic accounting system experience
- Ability to commence immediately or at short notice
- Part-time hours (ideal for work–life balance)
- 6-month temporary assignment
