The Role
As part of a collaborative Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring Residential and Home Care Services maximise and recognise all available government income in a timely manner
- Processing invoices and direct debits within the financial system
- Reconciling and correcting variances in Monthly Payment Summaries (Home Care Services, Services Australia and DVA)
- Daily customer payment receipting and allocation
- Liaising with clients to resolve account queries
- Supporting broader finance tasks as required
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven Accounts Receivable and reconciliation experience within the aged care sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- The ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced MS Office skills and confidence learning new systems
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or Business (desirable)
- Experience with EPICOR and exposure to health, aged care or community services (highly regarded)
- $70,000 - $75,000 + super (commensurate of experience)
- Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $18,300 per annum to increase take-home pay
- Hybrid working model (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
