  • An established, values-driven not-for-profit aged care provider is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join its growing finance team in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

    The Role
    As part of a collaborative Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for:
    • Ensuring Residential and Home Care Services maximise and recognise all available government income in a timely manner
    • Processing invoices and direct debits within the financial system
    • Reconciling and correcting variances in Monthly Payment Summaries (Home Care Services, Services Australia and DVA)
    • Daily customer payment receipting and allocation
    • Liaising with clients to resolve account queries
    • Supporting broader finance tasks as required
    About You
    To be successful, you will bring:
    • Proven Accounts Receivable and reconciliation experience within the aged care sector
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
    • The ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Advanced MS Office skills and confidence learning new systems
    • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or Business (desirable)
    • Experience with EPICOR and exposure to health, aged care or community services (highly regarded)
    What’s On Offer
    • $70,000 - $75,000 + super (commensurate of experience)
    • Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $18,300 per annum to increase take-home pay
    • Hybrid working model (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
