A respected not-for-profit aged care provider is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their growing team. Working within a close-knit AR function, you'll play a key role in ensuring residential and home care services capture all available government income accurately and on time. Responsibilities
- Ensuring residential and home care services maximise and recognise all available government income in a timely manner
- Processing invoices and direct debits across financial systems
- Reconciling and correcting variances identified in monthly payment summaries, including Home Care with Services Australia and DVA
- Daily customer payment receipting and allocation
- Liaising with clients and resolving account queries
- Supporting other finance tasks as required
- Demonstrated Accounts Receivable and reconciliations experience, within residential aged care / retirement living / home care
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high accuracy under tight deadlines
- Advanced MS Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- A tertiary qualification in accounting, commerce, or business (desirable)
- Exposure to EPICOR and/or the health, aged care or community services sector (desirable)
- $75,000 + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging
