    An established organisation in the community services sector is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their busy Maintenance team during a high-demand period. This is a hands-on temporary opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, organisation, and keeping operations running efficiently.
     
    About the Role
    Working closely with a collaborative and fast-paced maintenance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring jobs are scheduled, tracked, and completed smoothly. This position suits someone who enjoys variety, stakeholder interaction, and providing strong administrative support across operations.
     
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Coordinating maintenance requests and scheduling jobs across multiple sites
    • Liaising with trades, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of works
    • Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and supporting finance administration tasks
    • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, assets, and compliance documentation
    • Providing general administrative support and assisting with reporting requirements
    • Tracking job progress and ensuring updates are communicated effectively
     
    About You:
    • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within maintenance, facilities, trades, or a similar environment
    • Exposure to finance processes such as invoicing, purchase orders, or reconciliations
    • Confident communicator who can build relationships with a range of stakeholders
    • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
    • Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
