Working behind the scenes, you will be responsible for order processing, customer administration, document management and supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth delivery of services to customers and wholesalers.

- Monday to Friday - 08:30 am-5:00 pm
- Managing customer and wholesaler email enquiries
- Obtaining and providing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
- Reissuing invoices and supporting customer account administration
- Reviewing and validating customer documentation, including poison licences
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
- Assisting with reporting, filing and general administrative tasks
- Supporting the wider customer service team with overflow administration
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requests are actioned
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance across all documentation
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working within a structured administrative environment.
- Previous experience in customer service administration, order processing or logistics administration
- SAP experience highly regarded
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- Experience working with documentation, compliance or regulated products will be highly regarded
