Our client is a market leader in media space with global presence and fantastic culture. Currently they are seeking a driven Assistant Accountant to join their dynamic finance team for an immediate start.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll sit in a team of 7 and plays a key part in revenue cash transaction reconciliations. This is a 12 month maternity leave cover role, reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Reconciliation of very high-volume cash transactions
- P&L review for assigned GL accounts
- Assisting with month end & year end
- Posting journals
- Reconciliations – Balance sheet and P&L
- Adhoc duties as required
- 2+ years' in a similar role before
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
