About the Role
Our client, a well-established wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Services Associate to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to their established advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in administration and wants to build a long-term career supporting wealth advisers and their clients in the day-to-day running of a busy wealth management business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing account administration including opening forms, account updates, settlements, off-market transfers, corporate actions and super fund administration
- Supporting advisers with market trading, order management and overflow client communications
- Assisting clients with account-related and trade queries professionally and efficiently
- Liaising with third-party product and service providers regarding client queries and administrative requirements
- Coordinating client events, meetings and marketing activities
- Experience in a similar administrative or client service role, ideally within financial services
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance processes
- Professional communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- RG146 compliance or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of IRESS or wealth management systems (highly regarded)
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business or Finance (desirable but not essential)
