This is a primarily administrative role supporting a small team of advisers day to day. That said, the firm takes career development seriously and for the right person there's a pathway into more senior roles over time.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing day to day administration for your allocated advisers including account opening, trade processing and client documentation
- Supporting advisers with phone overflow and client queries
- Preparing SOAs, order notifications and FoFA renewals
- Liaising with third party providers and share registries
- Helping keep the team running smoothly during busy periods and adviser leave
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within wealth management, stockbroking or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
- A confident communicator who can build genuine relationships with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same
- RG146 or willingness to work toward it would be well regarded
