This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position within an in house collections team, focusing on the commercial side of the business. As the Commercial Collections Team Leader, you will oversee a team of 10, providing hands on guidance and coaching while contributing to the strategic direction of collections operations. Our organisation is experiencing rapid growth, with the commercial portfolio that is expanding significantly. We are seeking someone who can bring maturity, commercial acumen, and a holistic view to help mature capabilities in this area. With a flat hierarchy, you will have direct access to executives and play a key role in reporting and decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of collections specialists, fostering a high performance culture through hands on involvement and intentional leadership.
- Oversee daily operations in commercial collections, ensuring effective management of asset finance and loan recoveries.
- Provide strategic insights into the commercial portfolio, identifying opportunities to improve processes and address gaps in expertise.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand the broader business and contribute to high level reporting.

Qualifications
