Reporting to an experienced Collections Manager, you will manage an active account portfolio, engage with clients professionally to negotiate repayment outcomes and contribute to a team that takes results seriously.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing an active portfolio of accounts through the collections lifecycle, contacting clients via phone and written correspondence to negotiate and facilitate repayment arrangements
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and account activity while consistently working to daily and weekly performance targets
- Assessing individual client circumstances with sound judgement and a professional, empathetic approach to reach the right outcomes
- Experience in collections, credit, financial services or a customer-facing role involving sensitive conversations
- Confident communicator with a composed, professional phone manner
- Results-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable in a structured, outcome-driven environment
- Reliable, detail-focused and the type who stays on task and takes ownership of their work
