My client is part of a widely acclaimed technology group, consistently ranked among Australia's most innovative and fast-growing players in recent years.
Due to internal promotion they are seeking an astute, junior finance candidate to form part of a tight-knit finance team.
- Manage a high volume of collection calls on overdue accounts
- Negotiate sustainable payment solutions for customers where required
- Provide customer service
- Resolve customer issues & queries in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
- Work with external collections agent to ensure successful recovery of debt
- Ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have 12 months+ of experience working in a finance or customer service role. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a natural customer service mentality
