This is an opportunity to step into a commercially focused role within a growing agribusiness, working closely with operational leaders to drive performance, improve margins, and support strategic decision-making.
This isn’t a pure reporting role. You’ll be in the detail, understanding what drives the numbers and influencing outcomes on the ground.
The role
- Partner with operations to analyse performance across production, cost and revenue drivers
- Build and deliver meaningful reporting, dashboards and insights (Power BI / Excel)
- Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, margins and overall business performance
- Engage with stakeholders across finance, operations and leadership
- 2–5 years’ experience in a commercial analyst / accounting / finance / business partnering role
- Strong analytical capability with a commercial mindset
- Ability to work closely with non-finance stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Experience/interest in utilising reporting tools (Power BI, Excel etc.)
- An interest in agriculture, farming, or agribusiness (personal or professional)
- Genuine exposure to operations - not just head office reporting
