You'll play a key role in managing commercial incentives, pricing governance and reporting, while helping drive process improvements across the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of customer contracts and commercial agreements
- Oversee incentive, rebate and accrual processes, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement
- Support pricing governance through analysis and review of pricing requests
- Prepare and distribute regular pricing, margin and commercial performance reports
- Maintain and enhance Power BI reporting and dashboards
- Partner with Sales, Finance and operational teams to provide commercial insights and support decision-making
- Assist with SOX compliance, internal controls and audit requirements
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and standardisation
About You
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
- CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification is advantageous
- Power BI experience will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst or similar role
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets
