This role will provide high-level financial guidance and business partnering support across major upcoming sporting productions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial discipline, supporting leadership decisions, and enabling delivery of these productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process for sport productions.
- Manage the month-end close, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare, monitor and track detailed production budgets for large-scale events.
- Deliver meaningful variance analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities and actions.
- Provide insightful reporting on costs, performance and key drivers.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights.
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Strong business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive commercial outcomes.
- Solid technical grounding in budgeting, forecasting and accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
