This is a high-profile business partnering role supporting Commercial & Marketing, shaping strategy and driving scalable commercial performance. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership across FP&A, commercial analysis, and business performance, playing a key role in building a high-performance culture and influencing senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Commercial & Marketing teams
- Challenge assumptions around sales forecasts, promotional plans, and investment decisions
- Drive analysis on pricing, promotions, product performance, and category decisions
- Own P&L reporting and insights across key business areas
- Provide actionable commercial insights to maximise ROI and profitability
- Deliver clear reporting and commentary across performance, cash flow, and business drivers
- Build and enhance financial models and dashboards to support commercial decision-making
- Identify performance improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives
About You
- Degree qualified with CA/CPA
- 5–10 years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A and business partnering
- FMCG / consumer / supply-chain-driven industry background is essential
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capability (Excel, Power BI / SAP advantageous)
- Proven stakeholder influence, strong communication and ability to simplify the complex
- Thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment; resilient and adaptable
