Reporting into the Divisional Head (with a dotted line into the GM Finance) and partnering with senior operational stakeholders, you'll bridge the gap between head office and the operations, delivering valuable commercial insights, financial analysis and strategic support to aid decision making.
Specifically you'll oversee budgeting & forecasting, develop & maintain dashboards to provide more sophisticated & accessible reporting & analysis for stakeholders and build & own financial models to analyse business metrics & identify areas of improvement at an operational level.
You'll also be the conduit between the business and the external accountants, whilst overseeing & reviewing financial & transactional accounting, internal controls and other ad hoc reporting and analysis.
You are a CA or CPA qualified commercial finance candidate (Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner or Commercial FM), with extensive operational business partnering experience and financial modelling skills, from within a multi-site service-based sector environment (ie leisure, hospo, retail etc). Crucially you're an excellent communicator, with high EQ and an ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and across a range of disciplines.
