We are partnering with a well-established organisation involved in the development and delivery of major infrastructure and energy projects across Australia. With a strong pipeline of work and continued investment in large-scale projects, the Australian business is expanding its commercial capability.
An opportunity has arisen for a Contract Administrator to join the Brisbane team. This role will work closely with senior commercial leaders and project stakeholders, supporting the administration and coordination of key contractual processes across a portfolio of complex projects.

The Opportunity
Working within a collaborative commercial team, you will assist with the coordination of contractual documentation, project communications and internal tracking processes that support the delivery of large-scale projects. The role will also provide exposure to project governance, commercial decision-making and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the administration and coordination of project-related contracts and documentation
• Assisting with maintaining internal tracking systems for contractual commitments and project milestones
• Preparing documentation required for project governance, reporting and approvals
• Participating in project and stakeholder meetings and assisting with follow-up actions
• Liaising with internal teams including commercial, legal, project delivery and operations
• Supporting the broader commercial team with general project and contract administration tasks
About You
You may currently be working in contracts administration, commercial support, project coordination or contract management and are looking to build your experience in a complex project environment.
We are interested in candidates who bring:
- Approximately 3–5 years’ experience in a contracts, commercial or project support role
• Exposure to infrastructure, construction, engineering or energy projects will be highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage documentation and track multiple project activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in Excel or project tracking tools
A qualification in Business, Law, Commerce, Project Management or a related discipline would be viewed favourably.
