    A well-established energy and infrastructure business is growing its commercial team in Brisbane to support a strong pipeline of renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Australia. This is an opportunity to move beyond admin and get real exposure to complex project environments, working directly alongside senior commercial and legal teams from day one.
     
    About the role
    As Contract Administrator you will sit within a collaborative commercial team and take ownership of contract administration across a portfolio of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with commercial, legal, project delivery and operations teams and have direct visibility over the full project lifecycle.

    Responsibilities  
    • Drafting, administering and coordinating contracts and project documentation across a portfolio of large-scale energy projects
    • Maintaining tracking systems for contractual commitments and project milestones
    • Preparing governance, reporting and approval documentation
    • Attending project and stakeholder meetings and driving follow-up actions
    • Working closely with commercial, legal, project delivery and operations teams
    About you  
    • 3+ years in contracts administration, commercial support or project coordination
    • Background in infrastructure, construction, engineering or energy highly regarded
    • Legal background highly regarded
    • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Confident communicator comfortable working across internal teams and external stakeholders
    • Proficient in Excel or project tracking tools
    • Degree in Business, Law, Commerce or Project Management a plus but not essential
