My client is a globally recognised law firm with a strong reputation for excellence and a client-first culture. With a significant presence across major international markets, who are committed to delivering outstanding experiences — for their clients and our people alike.
They invest in long-term relationships, and that philosophy extends to how they support and grow their team.
The Opportunity
Seeking a polished and personable Corporate Receptionist to join their Sydney CBD office on a permanent basis. Supporting a busy, high-profile front of house environment across multiple client-facing floors.
You'll be joining a close-knit, supportive reception team of 3, reporting to the Team Lead who serves as your first point of contact and ongoing support.
The team is well-established, collaborative, and prides itself on a strong culture — so the right character fit matters just as much as experience.
What You'll Do
- Welcoming and receiving clients, partners, executives and staff in a warm, professional manner — including international partners, senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
- Managing incoming calls and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinating room bookings via digital systems, including catering, AV/VC equipment and room configuration requirements
- Supporting the coordination of and assisting at internal and third-party events
- Maintaining the reception area and client floors to an impeccable standard at all times
- Building collaborative relationships with Facilities and Client Services colleagues to ensure seamless stakeholder experiences
- Supporting administration and reporting tasks as required
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a corporate reception or front of house role within professional services — finance, banking, legal or similar environments
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences with warmth and professionalism
- Confidence navigating technology and digital systems — this firm is tech-forward and systems-driven, so comfort with adapting to new platforms is essential!!
- Solid working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel; experience with digital room booking systems an advantage
- A team-first attitude — someone who is happy to take direction, work collaboratively, and grow within a defined role rather than lead from the front
- A flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Immaculate personal presentation maintained consistently
- An easy-going, positive character who will integrate naturally into a long-tenured, supportive team
- Comfort engaging professionally with a diverse, international stakeholder group across all seniority levels
A Note on Fit
The team values someone who is adaptable, tech-comfortable, and genuinely enjoys being part of a collaborative environment. This is not a role for someone looking to step into leadership — it suits someone who is eager to learn the systems, embed into the culture, and bring their initiative to day-to-day challenges as they arise.
What You Can Expect
You'll be joining a firm that takes your professional development seriously. On-the-job learning, structured development opportunities, mentoring and team collaboration are all part of how people grow here.
Please note, background screening criminal and employment history checks are required.
