This role is a temporary assignment for 1-2 months while the business is undergoing a period of change.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service across phone and email channels while working closely with internal teams including logistics, sales and operations.
You will:
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries and returns
- Manage order processing and updates within the CRM/ERP system
- Resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Liaise with warehouse and distribution teams to track shipments
- Maintain accurate records and customer notes
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer journey
- Previous experience in customer service within consumer goods, retail, FMCG or product-based businesses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Confident navigating CRM or ERP systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
