The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the key link between clients and internal logistics teams, ensuring shipments are delivered accurately and on time. This hands-on role covers customer liaison, documentation, and coordination across land, air, and sea freight operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication and provide timely shipment updates
- Coordinate with carriers, Customs brokers, and logistics partners
- Prepare and check freight documentation and delivery orders
- Support with invoicing, payment verification, and record keeping
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
