Due to the industry, there are often intricate terms to learn and this business is dedicated in the full training to ensure everyone is confident in the sector and terminology.
We unfortunately, will not be consider applicants with no previous experience in Customer Service.
What you will be doing:
- Answering and responding professionally to high-volume inbound calls
- Create unique and tailored experiences for customers - exceptional customer service
- Processing Financial Admin - i.e. reviewing invoices
- Data entry into system
- Team collaboration
- Ad-hoc Office duties
- Excellent communication and resolution skills
- Great phone mannerisms
- Experience working in a call centre is desirable
