Job Description:

  • 5 days on site, based in Macquarie Park - $65,000 + super
  • Full training provided, and progression opportunities in the business

  • Customer Service Officer
    Seeking proactive and personable Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Based in Macquarie Park 
    • Site based 5 days a week
    • Permanent Opportunity - Permanent Visa Holders Only (No WHV/Student Visas)
    • $65,000 + super

    Due to the industry, there are often intricate terms to learn and this business is dedicated in the full training to ensure everyone is confident in the sector and terminology.

    We unfortunately, will not be consider applicants with no previous experience in Customer Service.

    What you will be doing:

    • Answering and responding professionally to high-volume inbound calls 
    • Create unique and tailored experiences for customers - exceptional customer service
    • Processing Financial Admin - i.e. reviewing invoices
    • Data entry into system
    • Team collaboration 
    • Ad-hoc Office duties
    About you: 
    • Excellent communication and resolution skills
    • Great phone mannerisms 
    • Experience working in a call centre is desirable 
    • Excellent communication and resolution skills
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail 
    • Customer service and/or clerical experience 
    • Be great on a computer, be able to pick up new systems
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
