We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a busy and collaborative team within a well-established organisation in the FMCG sector.
This is a temporary opportunity starting ASAP. The role will focus on managing customer orders and providing high-quality customer service through written communication and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately within SAP
- Managing the full order lifecycle from entry through to fulfilment
- Responding to customer enquiries via email
- Providing order updates including stock availability and shipment status
- Liaising with internal teams, warehouses and transport providers
- Monitoring outstanding orders and proactively following up
- Maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service, customer care or order processing
- SAP experience is essential
- Strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders accurately
- Proactive and comfortable asking questions when needed
- FMCG experience highly regarded
