This is a great opportunity to join a well-known retail markets business on a 12-month temp contract, playing a key role in driving trader engagement and supporting customer enquiries.
This is a phone-based role where you’ll be speaking with a mix of warm leads, new enquiries, and existing contacts, helping convert interest into successful bookings.
You’ll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries while also proactively reaching out to potential traders to drive engagement and conversion.
Day to day, you will:
- Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and social channels
- Re-engage warm and lapsed leads to drive bookings
- Conduct outbound calls as part of targeted campaigns
- Provide information on offerings, pricing, and availability
- Support with general enquiries
- Manage and update all activity through CRM (HubSpot)
- Work closely with internal teams across operations, marketing, and retail
You’re confident on the phone, enjoy building rapport quickly, and have a natural ability to guide conversations toward an outcome.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service & sales
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Confidence handling both inbound and outbound calls

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot highly regarded)
