- Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries through to resolution
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Tracking deliveries and providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Providing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and reissuing invoices as required
- Managing and following up customer enquiries and complaints
- Processing customer service deviations within required timeframes
- Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM data
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, customer-focused and possess exceptional attention to detail.
You will also bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service, order processing or logistics support role
- SAP experience (essential)
- Experience using CRM and order entry systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, positive and team-oriented approach
- Professional stakeholder management and complaint resolution skill
