We're looking for a modern creative who combines exceptional design with content creation and video editing to bring campaigns to life across social, digital, CRM, website, app and in store channels.
As the senior creative within a collaborative marketing team, you'll transform campaign briefs into engaging content that supports product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives across more than 170 stores nationally.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing creative assets across social media, digital advertising, websites, CRM, app and in store marketing
- Creating engaging short form video content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels and Meta
- Developing campaign concepts and creative that align with the brand while keeping pace with current design and content trends
- Producing high quality artwork from concept through to final production
- Collaborating with photographers, videographers, agencies and external suppliers to deliver campaigns on time
- Maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Leveraging AI creative tools to improve workflow, efficiency and creative output
We're looking for someone who is equal parts creative thinker and exceptional executor.
You'll have a strong eye for design, understand how content performs across today's digital channels and enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- 4+ years' experience in Graphic Design, Creative Services or Brand Design
- Experience within hospitality, QSR, retail, food and beverage, consumer brands or with an advertising agency supporting retail clients.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar
- Experience creating engaging social first content for consumer audiences
- Confidence using AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway or similar
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- $90,000 to $100,000 + Super
