We're looking for a hands on Design Lead who combines exceptional design with content creation and video editing to bring campaigns to life across social, digital, website, CRM, app and in store channels.
You'll think beyond the artwork, understanding the story and customer behind every campaign while delivering high quality creative at pace. Working closely with the marketing team, you'll turn campaign briefs into engaging, multi channel creative seen across more than 170 stores nationally.

- Designing creative assets across digital, social, CRM, website, app and in store marketing
- Editing video and creating content for social and digital campaigns
- Bringing campaign concepts to life through compelling multi channel creative
- Producing artwork from concept through to final production
- Collaborating with photographers, videographers, agencies and suppliers
- Maintaining brand consistency across every customer touchpoint
- Using AI tools to improve creative workflows and efficiency
You'll also bring:
- 4+ years' experience in Graphic Design, Creative Services or Brand Design
- Experience within hospitality, QSR, retail, consumer brands or an advertising agency
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Strong video editing experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar
- Experience creating social first content
- Confidence using AI creative tools
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- $90,000 to $100,000 + Super
- Hybrid working once established
