A leading global financial services and market intelligence organisation is seeking a Director, Investor Development to lead investor engagement across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a highly visible role focused on building relationships with institutional investors, promoting thought leadership and market insights, and serving as a trusted partner to market participants across the investment community.
Rather than a traditional sales position, this role centres on relationship management, market engagement and stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors across Australia and New Zealand.
- Promote the organisation's research, thought leadership and market insights through meetings, events and webinars.
- Partner with senior subject matter experts to facilitate investor engagement initiatives.
- Gather market intelligence and investor feedback to support business strategy.
- Act as a key representative to investors, industry associations and market participants.
- Build engagement across a broad range of institutional stakeholders including asset managers, superannuation funds, banks and investment consultants.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and educational initiatives.
- 8-15 years' experience within financial services, capital markets, asset management, ratings, market intelligence, investor relations or institutional relationship management.
- Strong network across the Australian investment community.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience engaging with institutional investors, investment consultants or asset owners.
- Knowledge of fixed income, credit markets, asset management or institutional investing would be advantageous.
