We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to provide practical, hands-on for one of our respected clients. This is a short-term, advisory-focused role for someone with proven ER expertise, not a general HR position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on performance management, disciplinary processes, and terminations
- Interpret modern awards and the Fair Work Act to provide actionable guidance
- Draft letters, meeting notices, warnings, and PIPs
- Follow up with clients to ensure advice is understood and implemented
- Solid ER advisory experience — advising on employee matters, investigations, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act, NES, and modern awards
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Service-oriented approach — able to follow up, close loops, and provide clear guidance
- You have general HR experience without ER case exposure
- Your experience is in recruitment, payroll, L&D, or policy-only HR
