This is a unique opportunity to step into a true right-hand role, supporting a highly respected, thoughtful and commercially minded MD, alongside a small executive team.
This position will see you providing high-level, 1:1 support to the Managing Director, while also assisting a small Executive Committee ad hoc.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted partner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex calendar and diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international and domestic travel
- Acting as a gatekeeper and key point of contact for the MD
- Supporting internal communications and alignment across the business
- Oversee all travel and visa arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries
- Submit, consolidate, and monitor monthly travel expenses
- Assist with various projects, research tasks, and initiatives
- Coordinate and organize high-level events, workshops, team off-sites, and corporate events
- Preparing documents, presentations and briefing materials
- Liaising with global stakeholders and head office
- Ad hoc support to the Executive Committee as required

We are looking for:
- Proven experience supporting C-suite or MD level executives
- Strong experience managing complex, ever-changing calendars
- Confidence working across multiple time zones and global stakeholders
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support internal messaging
- Candidates from commercial or global business environments will be highly regarded.
