  • Perigon Group is partnering with a large, values-led organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a newly appointed Executive Leader.
     
    This is a rare opportunity to step into a true Executive Assistant role, partnering closely with a senior leader from day one and helping to establish the support function as they settle into the organisation. Offering significant autonomy and visibility, this position will suit an EA who thrives on building trusted relationships, anticipating needs, and operating as a genuine business partner.
     
    Working within a large and complex environment, you will support key organisational priorities while engaging with senior stakeholders across the business. 
     
    The Opportunity
     
    As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Executive's office.
     
    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Complex calendar, inbox and schedule management
    • Coordinating meetings, leadership forums and executive commitments
    • Domestic travel arrangements and detailed itinerary preparation
    • Preparing board papers, reports, presentations and briefing materials
    • Managing confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
    • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Supporting governance, reporting and administrative processes
    • Coordinating activities across multiple teams and priorities
    • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact for the Executive
    About You
     
    You are a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and supporting senior leaders to achieve their objectives.
     
    To be successful, you will bring:
    • Proven experience supporting C-suite or Executive-level leaders
    • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
    • Advanced written communication skills and experience preparing executive documentation
    • The ability to exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality
    • A solutions-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
