The Role
As Finance Administrator, you’ll be the engine room of project finance - managing day-to-day transactions across multiple entities while keeping everything accurate, compliant, and on schedule. You’ll work closely with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to ensure invoices, payments, and budgets all stay in sync.
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end accounts payable and receivable across construction and development projects
- Maintain project cost tracking and coding accuracy across multiple entities
- Support month-end reporting, reconciliations, and data integrity
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to resolve queries quickly
- Assist with process improvements and help streamline financial workflows
- Solid experience across AP, AR, and general finance administration
- Ideally some background in construction, property, or project-based industries
- Familiarity with MYOB or similar accounting systems
- A natural communicator who enjoys working with both finance and operations teams
- A team player who’s detail-driven and confident managing deadlines
