This is a newly created role for a commercial sound FBP to help shape the future of this forwarding looking FP&A function, as part of a newly formed and focussed team.
You'll assist with planning and analysis capability, by establishing accurate budgets and forecasts and finding opportunities to enhance financial decision-making. The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making, strengthening financial capability across the organisation, and ensuring resources are allocated to maximise impact.
Whilst also contributing to team and business wide models and support planning and analysis, as well as providing input into key finance policies and processes.
About you
- Relevant tertiary and CA/CPA qualifications
- 3-5 years + in a financial analysis or business partnering role
- Strong excel skills. Previous exposure to business casing will be highly regarded
- Effective communicator, including written and verbal, and strong stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of IT and how to derive benefits from these systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Strong organisational and time management skills, self-motivated and ability to work independently and autonomously
