This role is commercially focused and will suit someone with strong business partnering experience, as well as an accounting background to manage key deadlines.

The role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is an excellent, broad role that suits a hands on Finance Manager and includes the following tasks -
- Responsible for the month end process of all entities including: month end journals posting, accounts classifications, credit card and expenses reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliations as well as investigate and resolve any anomalies
- Prepare monthly management pack, including sales, variance analysis and commentary
- Prepare all monthly, quarterly and annually taxes, including GST, FBT, Income Tax and Transfer Pricing
- Support and manage the budgeting and 24-month rolling forecasting process
- Prepare Cashflow reporting
- Drive the team in preparation of an accurate audit including consolidation of financial statements
- Business partnering and providing insights and recommendations
- Support continuous business processes and systems improvement
- Manage a small finance team and establish a proactive and diligent culture
About you
- Qualified accountant (CPA/CA)
- Experienced people leader
- Retail experience essential
