You’ll work closely with operational stakeholders to understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help influence key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful financial insights
- Own reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyse business performance, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities
- Act as the key link between onshore finance and offshore shared services
- Identify and resolve issues coming through the shared services environment
- Support the transition of control activities offshore
- Contribute to building a more proactive, commercially focused finance function
About You
- CA/CPA qualified with a strong foundation in financial accounting and controls
- Experience across FP&A, reporting and commercial finance
- Ability to identify issues and challenge outputs from shared services teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ideally partnering with Operations
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
