A global consumer brand is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its finance team, supporting the ANZ business during a period of growth and transformation. This role will partner closely with local and global stakeholders and play a key role in driving financial performance, governance, and commercial insight. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, with exposure across reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Provide commercial insights and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Manage P&L, balance sheet integrity, and cash flow across the ANZ business
- Partner with retail, operations, and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost control
- Oversee statutory reporting, audit processes, and compliance requirements
- Support system improvements, process optimisation, and finance transformation initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior finance team members
- CA or CPA qualified
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with large ERPs and advanced Excel; Power BI or similar tools advantageous
