This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a tight-knit, high quality group finance team, under the guidance of an outstanding senior leadership team.
Reporting into the Group FC and with the support of a small team, you will be responsible for all ASX Statutory Reporting, collation of investor presentations, supporting the budgeting & forecasting process, treasury management and oversight of all financial regulatory and compliance obligations.
Additionally you'll play a critical role in the provision of technical accounting advice in support of corporate transactions, acquisitions, disposals, debt agreements and equity raising initiatives. Whilst you'll have regular interaction with the ExCo and input into Board meetings.
You are ideally CA qualified & Big 4/mid tier trained, with extensive ASX audit experience and making your 1st move into commerce at a Manager or Senior Manager level.
