Working closely with the broader Finance team and senior stakeholders, you will contribute to robust reporting processes and drive continuous improvement across financial systems and reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver monthly management reporting, including analysis of actuals, forecasts, variances, risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate reporting inputs and prepare financial analysis, insights and ad-hoc reporting to support business decision-making.
- Manage and maintain management reporting information across finance systems.
- Lead profit forecasting and internal reporting, coordinating inputs from business, regional and group stakeholders.
- Support half-year and year-end reporting, including preparation of internal and external submissions, workpapers and reconciliations.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across finance and the broader business.
- Partner with the Construction business to enhance reporting systems and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Oversee the Business Services Team to ensure delivery of reporting activities and adherence to service level agreements.
You will be a CA or CPA qualified finance professional with 6+ years’ experience across audit, financial reporting, management reporting or FP&A.
You bring strong commercial acumen and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Your success will be underpinned by strong stakeholder management, analytical capability and the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
Experience in construction, infrastructure or property will be viewed favourably.
