Your day-to-day:
- Lead month-end close for operational finance, including journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Partner with operations to deliver insights on costing, margins and production performance
- Manage inventory accounting, stock movements and provisioning
- Support budgeting and forecasting across manufacturing sites
- Drive process improvements across reporting, controls and systems
- Assist with audit and ensure strong compliance across financial processes
- Mentor and support junior team members where required
- CA/CPA qualified, ideally Big 4 trained (Audit or Advisory)
- Proven experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments (highly preferred)
- Strong operational finance background – costing, inventory, site-based exposure
- Hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with non-finance teams
