Reporting into the Financial Controller, and with exposure to an experienced CFO, this Finance Manager role sits within a well-regarded financial services organization undergoing continued growth.
Joining a high-performing and collaborative team, you will take ownership of a broad and hands-on remit, with the opportunity to manage a small team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial reporting and month-end close
- Treasury accounting and cashflow forecasting
- Intercompany accounting across a multi-entity structure
- Strengthening internal controls and ensuring compliance
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and finance-related projects.
You are a CA/CPA qualified Finance Manager, with prior experience in financial services, ideally within asset management or a similar environment.
You will bring a strong technical accounting foundation, alongside the ability to operate in a hands-on, fast-paced setting. Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is a proactive and commercially minded approach.
