The Role

Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide commercial insights and recommendations
- Maintaining strong financial controls and reporting accuracy
- Driving efficiencies across finance processes and reporting systems
- Assisting with projects focused on improving finance capability and scalability
- Supporting senior finance leadership with ad hoc commercial initiatives
About you
You're someone who enjoys operating in an environment where there's room to improve, influence and contribute beyond your position description.
You're equally comfortable working through technical accounting matters, partnering with stakeholders and identifying better ways of doing things. You enjoy taking ownership, don't wait to be asked, and like being part of a team that's building for the future.
You will bring:
- CA or CPA qualification
- Experience within commercial finance, financial accounting or management accounting
- Strong analytical capability and confidence working with financial data
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach
