- Broad, impactful finance role.
- $125,000-$140,000 + super + bonus
- Rhodes offices with 2 days WFH
Reporting into the local MD and with a dotted line into the APAC Finance Director, the FM/Senior Accountant will be responsible for the complete day-to-day financial function for the local business. including;
• Prepare financial reports for management, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
• Manage end-to-end finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll (for 25 staff)
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and governance requirements
• Prepare BAS and tax-related submissions
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting systems
• Provide financial insights, forecasting, and analysis to support business decisions
• Monitor and manage cash flow, debtors, and overall financial health
We are looking for experienced Accountants with experience in a similar, broad and hands on role - ideally for a small-to-medium sized business such as this.
Experience in payroll is required - although not a large component of this role.
CA/CPA qualification will be well regarded.
Regardless, you will have strong communication skills, an interest in providing quality service to internal and external stakeholders and be adept at time management.
