Perigon Group is partnering with an award-winning property development and construction business headquartered on the Gold Coast to appoint a Finance Manager.

Reporting directly to the GM Finance, you'll work closely with the Developments Manager and ownership group and lead an Assistant Accountant. This is a role for someone who wants to build something, not just maintain it.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple development entities and JV structures
- Own cashflow forecasting - funding compliance, loan drawdowns, interest calculations and lender reporting
- Maintain GL integrity, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting workpapers through month-end and year-end close
- Feasibility modelling, project cost tracking, cost-to-complete analysis, and scenario and sensitivity modelling
- Track project profitability and financial performance across the development portfolio
- Establish and maintain robust financial processes, controls and governance frameworks
- Lead and support an Assistant Accountant
- Cross-collaborate with the broader finance team
- CA/CPA qualified, or actively working towards
- 3–6+ years' experience in property development, construction, or project-based finance
- Strong Excel and financial modelling capability, particularly cashflow
- Commercially minded with a structured, compliance-focused approach
- Confident managing multiple entities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Open to strong candidates from outside the construction sector
