Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, BAS, PAYG, and superannuation obligations
- Process fortnightly payroll with accuracy and compliance across relevant awards and legislation including SCHADS award interpretation
- Manage NDIS and Support at Home funding claims and portal payments, and prepare required financial reporting including ACFR and QFR
- Proven bookkeeping or finance officer experience within aged care, NDIS, or community services – highly regarded
- Hands-on experience with Reckon and/or Carelink+ preferred
- Strong attention to detail with solid understanding of payroll legislation, superannuation, and ATO compliance
