    Join a respected aged care provider and play a key role in managing resident billing, RAD administration, and financial compliance.

    We are seeking an experienced RAC Billing Officer / Finance Officer with proven Residential Aged Care billing experience to join a supportive finance team.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the complexities of resident accounts, government funding processes, and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RADs).

    About the Role

    You will be responsible for the administration of resident financial accounts across the aged care portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service to residents, families, and internal stakeholders.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing resident billing, account maintenance, and financial records
    • Processing admissions, discharges, account adjustments, and refunds
    • Administering RADs, bonds, direct debits, and accommodation payments
    • Maintaining and reconciling the RAD/Bond Register
    • Preparing monthly RAD reporting and supporting compliance requirements
    • Responding to resident, family, and stakeholder enquiries
    • Completing reconciliations and resolving account discrepancies
    • Supporting month-end processes, reporting, and audit requirements
    • Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and controls
    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will bring:
    • Previous Residential Aged Care billing experience – essential
    • Strong understanding of RADs, accommodation payments, bond administration, and associated compliance requirements
    • Experience managing resident accounts from admission through to discharge
    • Strong reconciliation and financial administration skills
    • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
    • Experience using aged care finance, billing, or ERP systems
