The Business
A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Implementation Consultant to support a business-critical systems transformation project. This is a 3 month contract ideally starting early to mid August.
The Role
Working closely with finance and operational stakeholders, you will play a key role in reviewing current processes, strengthening controls, improving reporting capability and supporting the implementation of a new system.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has successfully delivered finance-led systems implementations within organisations where inventory, procurement and operational workflows are integral to business performance.
- Lead business process review and improvement initiatives across finance and operational functions
- Support the implementation of a new finance and operational system
- Define control frameworks, reporting requirements and key business processes
- Partner with stakeholders to improve data integrity, visibility and system utilisation
- Support system decisions, testing and data migration
- Review and enhance inventory-related processes, controls and reporting
- Ensure alignment between operational transactions and financial reporting outcomes
- Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement throughout the project
We're interested in speaking with professionals who have:
- Led finance or system implementations from the business side
- Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting and process improvement
- Experience partnering with operational stakeholders to optimise processes and system utilisation
- Proven success driving data migration, testing and user adoption activities
- CA or CPA qualifications highly regarded
