Fastgrowing PE backed services business on the lookout for an experienced Finance Systems Manager to drive an upcoming ERP implementation.
Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role is being created to drive the implementation of a new ERP in line with the growth trajectory of the business.
You will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the implementation of the new finance system. You will assist the business with system selection. In addition you will deliver key system requirements to ensure the system is able to support on-going business growth.
You will be the key link between the vendor, key business stakeholders and the technical/IT team to develop a fit for purpose system. Your remit will include project management, ongoing training, onboarding, enhancements and documentation (including compilation of an updated systems manual). You will identify and rectify previous system issues, in conjunction with the finance and IT teams during this process.
You are ideally CA/CPA qualified, with an initial background in accounting/finance, but who more recently has gravitated towards systems. Ideally you will have prior experience in a driving a specific ERP system implementation role. Previous experience working through previous ERP implementations in mid-sized organisations will be highly regarded.
