Our client is a well-established, values-driven organisation with a strong sense of purpose at its core. They're looking for a Financial Accountant who is not only technically strong, but who is drawn to meaningful work and wants to contribute to something bigger than the numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial and management accounts
- Reconciliations and month-end processes
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements
- Assisting with audit and compliance processes
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the finance function and wider business
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the finance function
- CA/CPA qualified
- Audit trained, ideally with a Big 4 or mid-tier background
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a genuine interest in adding value beyond BAU
- Understanding that this role plays an integral part in driving the business forward, not just supporting it
- A genuine interest in working for an organisation with a strong sense of purpose and community impact
- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, or community services sectors highly regarded, but not essential
